David Hauck brings over twenty-five years of hands-on real estate experience to Burbridge Design Group, Inc., handling client communications and contract development with a strong business acumen that perfectly complements the firm’s creative energy.

Mr. Hauck’s academic pursuits began in the field of architecture, and he ultimately earned a degree in Finance and Business from the University of Southern California. As a real estate developer prior to becoming a managing partner of Burbridge Design Group, Inc., Mr. Hauck acquired a wide range of building industry skills, including market analysis, feasibility studies, land acquisition, engineering design, site development, purchasing, and marketing. This wide spectrum of expertise is an ongoing and invaluable asset to our clients in helping them fine-tune their product, evolve their companies, and reach their target buyers more effectively.

During his career, Mr. Hauck has worked with numerous world-renowned design consultants while employed by such industry-leading home builders, as Ponderosa Homes, J.M. Peters Company, and Taylor-Woodrow Homes. These collaborations resulted in more than two dozen prestigious Gold Nugget, MAME, and SAM (Sales and Marketing) awards. In all, Mr. Hauck has played an integral role in the development of over 10,000 single-family homes, townhouses, condominiums, apartment units, and mixed-use projects worldwide.
